"Stereophics", "Live" and "Brilliant" go together easier than "Kelly Jones" and "Michael Owens Identical Twin".The fact that the 'phonics are not a "superband" who charge £14.99 for a 15 min c.d. and who have poor live sets (Rolling Stones, Oasis...) must be a major attraction for would-be rock'n'roll starz. The band return to roots and have a brilliant album, brilliant singles+b sides and not to use the word too often, brilliant Live Shows. Local Boy and More Life were made to be played live and songs such as Too Many Sandwitches and Same Size Feet have the power to move and groove you. Advice spot - Listen to as many live b-sides of singles as possible or buy the superb bootleg album, Alternatively pay all the money you have to see them live and under no circumstances use an excuse such as "i've got to work" if they are nearby! Do not, i repeat DO NOT pass up an oppurtinity to see them (as regretably i once did!).

REMEMBER - NO SHOW IS THE SAME BUT EACH SHOW IS SUPERB!
